Cooking Instructions

Peel and chop the Onion (1) .

Chop the Green Bell Peppers (1 cup) .

Into a pot, add Ground Beef (2 lb) . Cook until browned, chopping it up with a spoon as you go. Drain the fat from the pot.

Add the onion and pepper. Cook over medium heat until softened slightly.

Add Water (1 cup) , Ketchup (2 1/2 cups) , Chili Powder (3 Tbsp) , Ground Black Pepper (2 tsp) , Simply Organic Garlic Powder (2 Tbsp) , Simply Organic Onion Powder (2 tsp) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp) , Salt (1 tsp) , and Granulated Sugar (2 1/2 Tbsp) . Stir to combine.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes or so so the bottom doesn't burn.

Serve on hotdogs or as a side.
