Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Into a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Cornmeal (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), and Salt (1 tsp). Whisk to combine.
3.
Add Buttermilk (1 cup), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), and Vegetable Oil (4 Tbsp). Whisk until smooth.
4.
Transfer batter to a greased cast-iron pan. Smooth the top.
5.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
6.
Spread the top of the cornbread with Butter (to taste). Slice and serve.
