Coarse Black Pepper

Brown Sugar

White Rice , cooked

Cooking Instructions

Into a blender, add White Onion (1) and Green Bell Peppers (2) . Pulse to finely chop.

Into a pressure cooker on high, add Olive Oil (1 splash) and chopped veggies. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Add Ground Pork (1.5 lb) and Kosher Salt (as needed) . Cook meat until mostly browned, breaking it up with a spoon as you go.

Add Baked Beans (1 3/4 cups) , Water (1 cup) , Paprika (3 Tbsp) , Chili Powder (2 Tbsp) , Onion Powder (4 tsp) , Ground Cumin (2 tsp) , Garlic Powder (2 tsp) , Coarse Black Pepper (2 tsp) , Kosher Salt (2 tsp) , and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) . Mix well. Cover and cook on Chili Bean setting for 5 minutes.

Serve over White Rice (to taste) and garnish with Scallions (to taste) .
