Cooking Instructions
1.
Into a pressure cooker, add Olive Oil (1 splash) and Pork Jowl Bacon (8 oz). Cook for 10 minutes.
2.
Add Red Onion (1) and Green Bell Pepper (1). Cook for 1 minute.
3.
Add Garlic (3 cloves) and Water (5 cups). Stir.
4.
Add Paprika (2 Tbsp), Coarse Black Pepper (1 Tbsp), Kosher Salt (1 tsp), and Collard Greens (2 lb). Cover and cook on the soup setting for 45 minutes.
5.
Add Apple Cider Vinegar (4 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp). Stir to combine.
6.
Set pressure cooker to saute function and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
7.
Serve.
