Cooking Instructions

Clean the Fresh Mussels (4.4 lb) and place in a large pot together with White Wine (1 cup).

Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Make sure all the mussels open up, if there are any that do not open discard them.
3.
Strain the liquid used to cook the mussels and save it for use in cooking rice or other dishes. Your mussels are ready to eat!
