Remove center rib from leaf of Romaine Lettuce (1), slicing length-wise into strips.

Spread tortilla with Hummus (2 Tbsp), leaving space around the edges and sprinkle with Goat Cheese (1 Tbsp).

Lay bell pepper & snap pea slices across the tortilla.

Top with avocado slices and lettuce.

Loosely roll up.
