Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Into a mixing bowl, add Red Pears (2), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp), Chinese Five Spice Powder (as needed), Granulated Sugar (3 Tbsp), Molasses (2 Tbsp), and the juice from Lemon (1). Mix well to combine.

Pour Butter (4 Tbsp) into the bottom of an 8 by 8-inch baking dish. Set aside.

Into a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Baking Powder (as needed), and Salt (as needed). Whisk to combine.
5.
Add Milk (1/2 cup). Whisk to combine, then pour the batter into the baking dish.
6.
Add the pears over top.
7.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the top is golden-brown.
8.
Let cobbler cool before slicing and serving.
