Soy Sauce

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
Season the Whole Goose (1) liberally with Garlic Paste (to taste), Sriracha (to taste), Soy Sauce (to taste), and Kosher Salt (to taste) both inside and out.
3.
Into a deep roasting pan, add Water (4 cups), then the goose breast-side down.

Roast for 1 hour.
5.
Turn the goose on its back, add more water if the pan is dry or close to dry, and roast for another 3 hours.
6.
Slice and serve.
