Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
or 1 package of chicken tenders

Small Corn Tortillas
or Flour Tortilla
•
to taste
Shredded Cheese
(optional)
Cooking Instructions
1.
Place your Green Bell Pepper (1), Red Bell Pepper (1) and Onion (1) into a 2.5 quart dish that is microwave safe and has a cover.
2.
Sprinkle well with a half a packet of Taco Seasoning (1/2 pckg) and mix together.
3.
Shake the other half of the Taco Seasoning (1/2 pckg) over the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2) and mix to coat evenly. Place on top of the pepper onion mix.
4.
Cover the dish and put it in a microwave oven for 10 minutes on high.
5.
Serve chicken and veggies in the Small Corn Tortillas (8) topped with Shredded Cheese (to taste) and other toppings of choice.
