Cooking Instructions
1.
Slice the Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 cups).

Melt Butter (2 Tbsp) in a large frying pan.
3.
Chop the Onions (2 Tbsp), mince the Garlic (1 clove) and add along with baby bella mushrooms. Cook until onions are soft.
4.
Blend in All-Purpose Flour (2 Tbsp) and stir.
5.
Add in the Swanson® Chicken Broth (2 cups) and heat until slightly thickened while stirring frequently.
6.
Mix in Light Cream (1 cup), Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp).
7.
Heat to thicken while stirring frequently. Serve and enjoy.
