Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the Lotus Seeds (1 cup). Stir for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown over a low flame.
2.
Add Red Chili Powder (1 tsp), Ground Turmeric (1 pinch), and Salt (to taste). Mix and switch off heat immediately because you do not want to burn your nose nor the seeds.
3.
Add Garam Masala (1 tsp) or chat masala and mix well. You can eat it hot or store it for whenever you want a snack.
