Cooking Instructions
1.
Place filtered Water (1 1/2 cups) in the jar.
2.
Core and slice Apples (2) and Cucumbers (1/2 cup), and add along with Fresh Parsley (1 bunch), Celery (2 stalks), Fresh Spinach (1 cup), Lime (1), and the peeled Fresh Ginger (1 in).
3.
Add Ice (1 1/2 cups) and secure lid.
4.
Blend until smooth or until desired consistency.
