Rainy Day Stewed Chicken & Veggies

Chop the Onion (1/2) and Baby Potatoes (8) and set aside. Wash and pat the Chicken (2 lb) dry.

Season the chicken with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and add it in the slow cooker.

Add the chopped onion and potatoes, along with the French Baby Carrots (2 cups) to the slow cooker.

In a bowl, add Water (4 cups) , Bay Leaves (2) , Simply Organic Onion Powder (1 tsp) , Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 tsp) , Dried Basil (1 tsp) , Dried Oregano (1 tsp) , and Dried Thyme (1 tsp) . Juice the Lemon (1/2) into the bowl. Pour mixture in slow cooker.
