Garlic Bacon Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms are so easy to make and delicious with bacon, butter, cheese & garlic all mixed into one giant portobello mushroom. Its an amazing dinner recipe in itself.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven at 430 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.
Remove the stems from Large Portobello Mushrooms (4) and clean out the inside of the mushroom.
3.
Chop up the mushroom stems.
4.
On a frying pat over medium heat, melt the Butter (4 Tbsp). Then fry the mushroom stems and Bacon (to taste) for two to three minutes, or until the bacon turns crispy.
5.
Add the Garlic (4 cloves), and turn the heat off. Using the residual heat, cook for a minute or until the garlic softens.
6.
Season with Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp), and Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup). Mix to combine.
7.
Place the mushroom on a baking tray lined with nonstick baking paper. Fill with the garlic bacon mixture, and top with more cheese if desired.
8.
Bake for 15 minutes.
9.
Remove from oven and serve immediately! Slice to serve.
