Cooking Instructions

Add Pizza Crust (1) to a skillet. Cook one side for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip. Top crust with Olive Oil (as needed) and grated or shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup) and Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup).

Add thinly sliced Fennel Bulbs (to taste) and Carrots (to taste), Summer Squash (to taste), Garlic (1 clove), Cayenne Pepper (to taste), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and torn Fennel Leaves (to taste). Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes.

Cover with a lid and turn the heat to low or off and cook for about another 1 to 2 minutes more.

Remove from pan and top with fresh Fresh Basil (to taste), Fresh Parsley (to taste) and Fresh Thyme (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
