Turn store bought cookies into adorably cute Dark Chocolate Nutter Butter Penguins with Marshmallow Bellies. They are so fun to make using marshmallows, candy eyes, and Tootsie Rolls.

Circus Peanut® Orange Marshmallow Peanuts
or Orange Taffy, Orange Starburst Fruit Chews or Orange Tootsie Rolls

Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut a thin slice from each round end of the Marshmallows (3).
2.
Unwrap the Tootsie Roll® Chocolate (6) and smash them flat. Use kitchen shears or a knife to cut wings from the tootsie rolls.
3.
Cut off small pieces of the Circus Peanut® Orange Marshmallow Peanuts (3) or other orange candy, and shape into triangular beaks, and teardrop shaped feet.
4.
Dip one Nutter Butter® Cookies (6) in the Dark Chocolate (1 1/2 cups). Use a fork to remove the cookie from the chocolate, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off. Set on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
5.
Immediately attach all your Candy Eyeballs (12) while the chocolate is still wet.

These make great party favors, I also like to serve them on a dish of coconut flakes at parties.
