or Sweetener of Choice
Cooking Instructions
1.
In a large bowl add the Desiccated Coconut (3 cups), Coconut Oil (1 cup) and Sugar-Free Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp). Mix until completely combined.
2.
Pour the mixture into a greased glass tray. Press down to compact until nice and firm.
3.
Place the lid on and place in the fridge to set for an hour and its ready to eat. Slice into pieces and serve!
