Cooking Instructions
1.
Gather your Pork Shoulder (3 lb), Salt (2 Tbsp), and liquid smoke.
2.
Make 1/4 inch cuts into your pork all over. Then rub the pork with 2 tablespoons of salt.
3.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
4.
Place pork in a roasting pan or large saucepan with 2 to 4 cups of water and Liquid Smoke (2 Tbsp). Use just enough water to cover pork 1/2 way. Roast until pork is easily pulled apart with a fork, around 4 hours.
5.
Serve with White Rice (to taste) or with Poi (to taste) and Lau Lau (to taste).
