Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.
Soften Butter (1 cup) by melting for 1 minute in a small saucepan.

In a medium bowl, cream together butter, Brown Sugar (1 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1 cup).
4.
Beat in Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) one at a time.
5.
Then stir in Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).
6.
In another bowl, combine All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Baking Soda (1 tsp), Salt (1 tsp) and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp).

Combine wet and dry ingredients.
8.
Add in Quick Cooking Oats (3 cups) and mix well.
9.
Lay wax paper onto a cookie sheet. Spoon the dough into walnut sized balls, and place 2-inches apart on the sheet.
10.
Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated oven. Check on the oven after 6 minutes, the cookies may harden depending on the type of oven.
11.
Allow cookies to sit on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack and cool completely.
