Limes

Fresh Cilantro

Garlic

Honey

Cooking Instructions
1.
Halve the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4).
2.
Pound the chicken to an even thickness and place in a shallow baking pan.
3.
Chop the Garlic (6 cloves) and Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup). In a small bowl, mix the juice from Limes (2), cilantro, garlic, Honey (1 Tbsp), Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp).

Pour over chicken and turn pieces to coat evenly. Cover and chill 30 minutes or overnight.
5.
Grill chicken till no longer pink inside 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
