Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C),

Place peeled and quartered Sweet Potatoes (3) in a large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook 25 minutes, or until tender but firm.

Drain, cool and cut the sweet potatoes into quarter-inch slices. Lightly grease another 8 x 11-inch baking dish.
4.
In a small bowl, mix Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp) and Ground Nutmeg (1 tsp).
5.
Peel, core and cut the Apples (2) into quarter-inch rings.
6.
Layer sweet potatoes, brown sugar mixture and apples in prepared baking dish.
7.
In a medium bowl, mix All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp), Butter (1/2 tsp), Chopped Pecans (4 Tbsp).
8.
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over apples.
9.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve and enjoy!
