Sweet Potatoes , quartered

3/4 cup

Brown Sugar , firmly packed

1 tsp

Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground

1 tsp

Ground Nutmeg

•

Large Apples

•

4 Tbsp

All-Purpose Flour

1/2 tsp

Butter

•

4 Tbsp

Chopped Pecans

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C),

Place peeled and quartered Sweet Potatoes (3) in a large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook 25 minutes, or until tender but firm.

Drain, cool and cut the sweet potatoes into quarter-inch slices. Lightly grease another 8 x 11-inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) , Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp) and Ground Nutmeg (1 tsp) .

Peel, core and cut the Apples (2) into quarter-inch rings.

Layer sweet potatoes, brown sugar mixture and apples in prepared baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp) , Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp) , Butter (1/2 tsp) , Chopped Pecans (4 Tbsp) .

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over apples.

Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve and enjoy!
