Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat the Olive Oil (2 tsp) in a pot and add the Onions (3/4 cup) and Garlic (2 cloves). Sauté until the onions are cooked.

Add the Tomatoes (3/4 cup), Water (3 cups), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Bring to a boil.
3.
Add the Orzo Pasta (1/2 cup) and cook for 3 minutes.
4.
Then add Broccoli (3 cups) and the Carrots (4 Tbsp) and cook until the pasta is done (follow package instructions).
5.
Garnish with spring onions if needed.
