Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or muffin tin.
2.
In a small bowl combine Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3), Oranges (2), Milk (1/2 cup), Oil (1/2 cup) and set aside.
3.
In a large bowl sift together All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Salt (1/2 tsp) and Baking Powder (1 Tbsp). When dry ingredients are sifted, add Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups) and mix.
4.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour wet mixture in well. Stir until thoroughly combines.
5.
Place batter in prepared loaf pan and bake in oven for 35 minutes. If making muffins, bake for 20-25 minutes.
6.
Allow to cool. Sprinkle with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) and Oranges (1 tsp) zest, if desired.
