Cooking Instructions
1.
For the dressing, combine Olive Oil (1/3 cup), Balsamic Vinegar (4 Tbsp) and Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp).
2.
Add in Fresh Dill (2 Tbsp), 3 Tbsp of juice from the Lemon (1), Salt (1 dash), and Ground Black Pepper (1 dash). Mix well and set aside.
3.
Divide all the ingredients into 4 portions and in each jar, layer the ingredients as follows: Pour in the dressing.
4.
Add in pitted Kalamata Olives (4 Tbsp).
5.
Add in Feta Cheese (1/2 cup).
6.
Spoon in Couscous (2 cups).
7.
Top with Cherry Tomatoes (1 1/2 cups), Cucumber (1), and Romaine Lettuce (2 cups).
8.
Place jars in the fridge and consume within 5 days. Enjoy!
