Cooking Instructions

In a medium saucepan, whisk together Ketchup (2/3 cup), Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp), Paprika (1 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Liquid Smoke (to taste).

Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer on low for 15 minutes.

Chill before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Author's Notes
Yields 1 1/2 cups of BBQ sauce.
If using liquid smoke, start with a few drops and taste from there. Depending on the brand it can be extremely potent!
