Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 square baking pan and line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, add in Vegetable Oil (4 Tbsp).

Add in Granulated Sugar (2 cups), Guinness® Stout Beer (3/4 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) as well.

Add Salted Butter (4 Tbsp) and Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) and mix until combined well.
5.
In another medium-sized bowl, combine All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) and Dark Cocoa Powder (2/3 cup).
6.
Slowly add dry ingredients to the egg mixture until well combined.
7.
Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
8.
Bake for 35-38 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs. Allow brownies to cool.

To make ganache, combine Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (3/4 cup), Guinness® Stout Beer (2 Tbsp) and Butter (3 Tbsp) in a saucepan until Guinness gets hot and butter starts to melt.
10.
Whisk together the chocolate mixture until smooth.
11.
Add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (4 Tbsp) and whisk until smooth.
12.
Pour ganache over brownies and spread into an even layer. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes.
13.
Once cooled, cut into 3-inch squares or desired size.
14.
Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
