The unexpected combination of chocolate, raspberries and cheddar cheese makes this sandwich seem fancy but it's so easy and presentable!

Sourdough Bread

Fresh Raspberries

Unsalted Butter

Cheddar Cheese

Dark Chocolate

Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut the Sourdough Bread (2 slices) into thick slices.
2.
Spread one slice of bread with Unsalted Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
3.
Place butter side down on the cutting board. Top unbuttered side of the bread with Cheddar Cheese (3 slices).
4.
Layer Fresh Raspberries (1/4 cup) over the cheese.
5.
Gently mash the raspberries.
6.
Top with chopped Dark Chocolate (1/4 cup) and remaining Cheddar Cheese (3 slices).
7.
Place second slice of bread on top and spread with Unsalted Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
8.
Heat a nonstick small skillet over medium heat. Slide in Unsalted Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
9.
Once butter has melted, place sandwich in skillet.
10.
When underside is golden brown, about 4 minutes, turn sandwich and cook for another 4 minutes until both sides are golden brown. Eat immediately and enjoy!
