My little chef and I love to find and share different recipe ideas that are simple and fun for kids to cook at home. I was even surprised at how easy the Sausage Popovers were to make and so will you. Plus, kids get a kick out of watching the popovers poof up in the oven.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Mix All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Milk (1 cup), and Salt (1/4 tsp) until smooth.

Cut Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links (4) into small pieces and set aside.

Pour batter into the muffin pan and top with sausage then bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Serve hot and enjoy!
