Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
Slice the Apples (2) in half close to the stems, making 2 apple 'lids'.
3.
Core the bottom halves. You can use an apple corer if you got one or a sharp knife. Make sure the apples stay in one piece.
4.
Brush the top of the apples with the juice from Lemon (1) and place the lids back on them. Place the apples in an oven dish.
5.
Place the apples in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes. After that let the apples cool a little.
6.
In the meantime, roughly crush the Pistachios (1 handful) and lightly toast them over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes while tossing them regularly.
7.
Place the baked lukewarm apples onto plates and top them with a tablespoon of the Ricotta Cheese (2 Tbsp). Sprinkle with the toasted nuts, Fresh Mint Leaves (4), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/4 tsp), and Honey (2 Tbsp). Serve immediately.
