Cooking Instructions
1.
Clean and prepare the Prawns (12) by trimming the legs and deveining. Add to a large mixing bowl.
2.
Crack an Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) over the prepared prawns and stir to combine.
3.
Sift in Nestlé® Chicken Powder (1 Tbsp), All-Purpose Flour (1 Tbsp), Corn Flour (1 Tbsp), and Ground White Pepper (1 tsp) into the large mixing bowl and toss until prawns are evenly coated.
4.
Fill a wok or dutch oven with Vegetable Oil (as needed) and heat until 340 degrees F (170 degrees C).
5.
Add prawns into the oil and deep fry for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
6.
Thinly slice the Red Bird's Eye Chili Pepper (4) and remove the Curry Leaves (20) from their stem.
7.
Combine Nestlé Nestum® Cereal (1 2/3 cups), Nestlé® Chicken Powder (1 Tbsp), Milk Powder (1 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), and Ground White Pepper (1 tsp) together in a medium mixing bowl.
8.
Melt Butter (1/3 cup) into a deep pan and add in the curry leaves and chilli and toss for 1 minute.
9.
Add in the Cereal mix and toast for another 2 minutes.
10.
Return the deep-fried Prawns into the pan and toss together for another minute until well coated and hot.
