Cooking Instructions
1.
Start by creaming Brown Sugar (2/3 cup) and Butter (1/2 cup). Add Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and beat well.

Add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cups), Oats (1 1/2 cups), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), and Salt (1/4 tsp). Mix together.

Spread 2/3 of the dough into a 9x9 inch greased baking dish.

In the microwave, melt Chocolate Chips (1 1/2 cups) by microwaving for 30 seconds and stirring. When chips are melted, add Sweetened Condensed Milk (2/3 cup).
5.
Pour mixture over dough in baking dish. Top with remaining dough. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 25-30 minutes.
