Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Grate Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup) and set aside.

Grate Gruyère Cheese (1 cup) and set aside.

Roll out the Pie Crust (1).
5.
Saute the Bacon (5.5 oz) on medium-high heat for a couple of minutes, just to brown the meat.
6.
Combine Salt (1/2 tsp), Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
7.
Pour in the Heavy Cream (1 cup), and stir to combine.
8.
On the pie crust, sprinkle the gruyere cheese.
9.
Then sprinkle the bacon.
10.
Then pour in the eggs/cream mixture.
11.
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 40 minutes.
12.
Remove from the oven, and let it sit on the counter until completely cool, then serve.
