Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a bowl of your electric mixer or with a fork, mash up the Bananas (2) with a Salt (1 pinch) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup).

Add the Coconut Oil (4 Tbsp) and Water (3/4 cup) and mix well. Next fold in All-Purpose Flour (1 2/3 cups), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup), and Baking Powder (1 tsp).
4.
Pour the batter into a 20 cm cake pan lined with parchment paper, cover the top with Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup).
5.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool down.
6.
Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for 4 to 5 days.
