Three Cheese Phyllo Pies

These little pies will be a huge winner at any part. They are easy to make, delicious, and can be prepared in advanced and baked just before you want to serve them. The trio of cheese: ricotta mozzarella and feta works beautifully together.

Ricotta Cheese

3/4 cup

Feta Cheese , crumbled

Mozzarella Cheese , grated

Eggland's Best Classic Eggs

•

1 tsp

Dried Oregano

•

1 tsp

Dried Mint

•

to taste

Ground Black Pepper

•

2 oz

Butter , melted

•

2 Tbsp

Sesame Seeds

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).

To make the filling, combine Ricotta Cheese (1 cup) , Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) , Feta Cheese (3/4 cup) , Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) , Dried Oregano (1 tsp) , Dried Mint (1 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .

Place the Phyllo Dough (1) with the long side horizontal and shorter side vertical and slice into 4 equal strips. Cover with a damp tea towel so the pastry does not dry out.

Take one strip of phyllo, and brush with Butter (2 oz) over. Place a tablespoon of filling in the corner. Fold the strip in a triangle as per the video. Repeat until there is no filling left. Place onto a lightly buttered oven tray.

Beat the remaining Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) , and brush over pies. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds (2 Tbsp)

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve and enjoy!
