Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut off the florets on the Cauliflower (2 cups) and steam it for 20 minutes.

Wash the Fresh Spinach (1 cup) and place them in the steamer for 2 minutes.
3.
Place the cauliflower, spinach, Garlic (1 clove), Tahini (1 Tbsp), juice from Lemon (1), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Cayenne Pepper (1 dash) in the food processor.

Pure until smooth. Add some tablespoon of water if necessary.

Serve with Mixed Vegetables (to taste) or Pita Bread (to taste) and enjoy!
