Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Thoroughly mix together All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups), Corn Starch (1/2 cup), Salt (1/4 tsp), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/3 cup), and Mastic (1 piece).
3.
Add Butter (1 cup)Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and knead the dough together with your hands.
4.
Form the dough into 1 inch balls, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet with at least 1 inch between cookies.
5.
Bake for 10 minutes on the middle rack of the oven, or until the bottoms are golden.
6.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Dust with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/3 cup). Store cooled cookies in airtight container. Serve and enjoy!
