Cooking Instructions
1.
Add Split Peas (1/4 cup) to 1/2 cup of water in a small sauce pan, bring to a boil, then simmer for approximately 45 minutes, or until cooked to your preferred texture.

Once split peas have cooked, remove from stove and allow to cool.
3.
Add Fresh Spinach (2 cup) and Kale (2 cup) to 2 large bowls.
4.
Top with Red Cabbage (1 cup), split peas, Canned Chickpeas (1/2 cup), Red Bell Pepper (1/4 cup), Pecans (1/4 cup), Avocado (1/4), Blue Cheese (1 ounce) and sprinkle with Chia Seeds (to taste) and your favorite salad dressing. Serve and enjoy!
