Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Garlic , minced

Ground Black Pepper

12 pieces

Small Chicken Breasts , cut

•

Orange

•

Large Poblano Pepper

•

1/2 cup

Orange Marmalade

Cooking Instructions

For the marinade, mix the Ale Beer (1/2 cup) , juice from Lime (1) , Orange (1/2) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp) , Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a large container.

Add in the Chicken Breasts (12 pieces) and marinate for 30 minutes.

To make skewers, add one chicken piece, one piece of the Poblano Pepper (1) , one piece of the Orange (1) and repeat until full.

Place on the grill until completely cooked.

Finish by spreading with Orange Marmalade (1/2 cup) .
