Cooking Instructions

Grate Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (2 cups) into thin strips. Pour into a standing kitchen mixer. Then, pour in Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp), Cream Cheese (1/2 cup), and Jarred Diced Pimientos (2/3 cup). Season with Salt (to taste), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and Hot Sauce (to taste).

Mix for a minute or two, until the mixture looks whipped. Transfer into a jar for easy storage.
