I pulled together hazelnut flour, almonds and instead of oats I added unsweetened shredded coconut. And you know what? Flavor explosion.

Cooking Instructions

Put Dried Turkish Apricots (3/4 cup) and Golden Raisins (4 Tbsp) into a food processor and add Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp). Pulse until the fruit starts to break down. Add Light Coconut Milk (2 1/2 Tbsp) one tablespoon at a time.

Add Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (3/4 cup), Slivered Almonds (4 Tbsp), Hazelnut Meal (1/2 cup), Flaxseed Meal (2 Tbsp), Chia Seeds (4 Tbsp) into a bowl and mix well. Add the fruit to the bowl and mix until everything is well distributed.

Using a spoon and your hands, start making balls out of the mixture.

Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator as they’ll stay firm, and the milk will keep longer. Enjoy!
