Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C). Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with Butter (1 Tbsp).

In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to mix the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (6), Almond Flour (1 1/2 cups), Butter (4 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), and Salt (1 pinch) until combined.

Pour into the greased pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Author's Notes
A shorter pan can also work well as it will give you a taller loaf. This recipe will also work as a muffin!
