I especially love Thai food because it's spicy. Green papaya salad is one of my favorite dishes and it's so much cheaper to make at home.

Cooking Instructions
1.
In the clay mortar and pestle, mash the Thai Chili Peppers (2) and Garlic (1 clove).
2.
Shred the Fresh Papaya (1) using a mandoline. Also shred Mango (1) and Carrot (1).
3.
Put a handful of shredded vegetable and fruit into the mortar and pestle and mix. Then mash together the remainder of the papaya and Cherry Tomatoes (10). Add the Fish Sauce (1 Tbsp), Lime (1), Granulated Sugar (1 tsp), and mash together.
4.
Add crushed Peanuts (10) on top for extra texture. Serve cold.
