Cooking Instructions

Stir together Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 cups), Heavy Cream (1/2 cup) and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp) in a bowl.

Whisk together Pancake Mix (1 cup) and Yellow Cake Mix (1 cup). Add Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2)) and Milk (1 cup). Stir until just combined. Fold in the Sprinkles (3 Tbsp).

Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto a lightly greased, preheated griddle or nonstick frying pan. Swirl batter around to make it round, if needed. Repeat a several more times until you have no more room on the griddle or frying pan.
4.
When you see little bubbles form, flip the pancakes (about a minute). Fry the other side of the pancakes for 30-60 seconds or until golden brown.
5.
Serve pancakes with vanilla glaze, Sprinkles (to taste), Whipped Topping (to taste), and Cherries (to taste). Enjoy!
