Lean Ground Beef

Vegetable Oil

Cooking Instructions
1.
Put the Lean Ground Beef (1 lb) in a big mixing bowl.
2.
Carefully use your fingers to mix in Salt (to taste), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Simply Organic Onion Powder (to taste). Don't knead, mangle, squeeze or squidge. Keep the meat fluffy and pebbly.
3.
Form beef into loosely packed patties. Gently pat each handful into a ball and make a dent in the middle of each burger patty.
4.
Add the Vegetable Oil (as needed) to the pan and grill. Don't press on your burgers or you'll lose the juiciness of the burger to the pan. Flip burger a couple of times to distribute said juiciness.
5.
Add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized onions, whatever floats your boat and dig in.
