1.
Heat the Cashew Nuts (4 cups) in a microwave oven for a minute until they're hot. This will make the process go faster.
2.
Add the roasted cashews into the food processor and pulse.
3.
Stop to give your processor a break. Process again and the mixture should slowly start to butter up. Repeat.
4.
Stop at desired consistency. Store in an airtight container.
Author's Notes
You can make as much or as little of this cashew butter as you want! Just add more cashews.
