Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Combine Paprika (1 tsp) , Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) , Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp) , Simply Organic Onion Powder (1/2 tsp) , Dried Dill Weed (1/2 tsp) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp) , and Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp) in a bowl.

Rub the seasoning on each side of the Top Round Roast (2 lb) .

Arrange the Baby Carrots (3 1/2 cups) , Leeks (3) , and Button Mushrooms (4 1/2 cups) in a roasting pan.

Pour Beef Bone Broth (1 1/4 cups) over. Sprinkle with Fresh Thyme Leaves (2 tsp) , salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Place seasoned roast on a roasting rack and put the rack on top of the roasting pan. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until meat is 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

Remove from the oven, loosely cover the roast with foil and let it stand for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with vegetables. Enjoy!
