Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
or Coconut Milk
Plant-Based Protein Powder
or Maple Syrup, Agave Syrup
Frozen Mixed Berries
Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp)
Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
. Spoon into freezer trays and freeze until solid.
Once frozen, remove the peanut butter coconut oil cubes from the tray and put them in a blender with
Almond Milk (8 fl oz)
Plant-Based Protein Powder (1 scoop)
Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp)
Honey (1 tsp)
Ice (to taste)
Ground Cinnamon (to taste)
Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp)
Frozen Mixed Berries (1 cup)
Pour into bowls and add a drizzle of peanut butter, chia seeds, and more honey, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
