Cooking Instructions

Using a mixing bowl, toss the Apples (2), Pecans (1/3 cup), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp).

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Alternate layers of apples and Yams (6 1/2 cups) in a greased 1.5 quart casserole dish. For example, start on the bottom with yams and apples for the next layer.
4.
Place slices of Butter (4 Tbsp) and Fresh Parsley (to taste) on top of the casserole. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
