Cooking Instructions

For the filling, whisk the 100% Pumpkin Purée (1 cup), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Coconut Milk (1/3 cup), Honey (1 Tbsp), Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp) and Coconut Cream (1/3 cup) together, then blend to a smooth texture.

In a saucepan, bring the mixture to a gentle boil on very low heat, stirring until it starts to thicken.
3.
Pour into serving classes and refrigerate for a few hours. Before serving, top it off with a dust of ground cinnamon and a spoonful of coconut cream if desired.
