Grilled Cevapcici and Beluga Salad

Garlic Paste

Dried Oregano

Ground Cumin

Kosher Salt

Cayenne Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Mix Black Lentils (to taste) , Onion (1) , and Bell Pepper (1/2) with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette (4 Tbsp) .

In another bowl mix the Ground Lamb (2 lb) , Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) , Garlic Paste (1 Tbsp) , Dried Oregano (1 tsp) , Ground Cumin (1 pinch) , Kosher Salt (to taste) , and Cayenne Pepper (to taste) . Mix well but do not overmixx, or the meat becomes dense.

Shape into round sausage shapes or shape with two wet knifes into edged sausages.

Grill to medium-well or your own preference.

To serve, place some beluga salad on a Lettuce Leaves (to taste) , top with cevapcici.

Author's Notes

Replace the lamb with beef, or pork, or a mixture of both if you prefer. Shrimp, anybody?
Cevapcici can be grilled, sauteed, baked (roast), or fried. However, do NOT overcook them or you are left with a dry stick of coal-like substance
